Export task report

This document explains how to export diagnostic reports from PE devices. The process is the same as for CE devices. This guide focuses on the main features, and detailed step-by-step instructions are available in the linked CE documentation.

The Task Report export feature lets administrators download diagnostic test results as an Excel file. This helps them monitor, troubleshoot, and check network connectivity for PE devices.

To learn how to do this, check the detailed CE Task Report. The steps are the same for both PE and CE devices.

Important Notes for Users

  • The export process for PE and CE devices is identical
  • Ensure you have the required permissions to access Task Reports
  • Reports are downloaded in Excel format (.xlsx / .xls)
  • If pop-ups or downloads are blocked, enable browser download permissions
  • Exported data represents diagnostic results at the time of execution only
  • Keep exported reports secure as they may contain sensitive network information
  • Large reports may take additional time to generate
  • If the export fails, retry or check the CE documentation for troubleshooting steps
